I created this website last Friday morning after I lived with the desire for more than one and a half years, because the idea originally was born on January 13th, 2022 (that’s when I wrote it in my diary) during an episode of mania and psychosis.
While buying the domain, I was very optimistic and did that for three years in advance so come back anytime in the future 😉
I used some templates and had a big smile on my face choosing the Style “JinJang” (that’s the reason for the black&white background) and the Fond “Rubik“. Why? Cause I meditate daily with the 7Mind App and have two yo-yos one with a chameleon and the other one I crafted myself in “shop” therapy with the intention of a JinJang symbol in black&red. But I was told it looks more like a ladybug.
Another hobby of mine since my teenage years are Rubiks cubes. I did that excessively til my wrists hurt and then they collect dust for another year. But I learned that cubing can help with some of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia or sideeffects of the medication. To keep your body moving is essential when you are in a negative symptom phase of schizophrenia, e.g. during the worst times I was no longer able to ride a bicycle cause my motor functions were affected.
After my mother read the first blog post, she said something like “dbms, what’s the meaning of that? I only know BDSM from you and that are the same letters – accident or coincidence?”. That may or may not be a teaser for future posts about the past under Him&I 😉
